Our house offers very comfortable and highly furnished Holiday Homes. Direct located at the outskirts of the forest in a reduced-traffic street, you will enjoy a relaxing holiday, always surrounded by fresh healthy air right in the middle of nature.
The former sailor village provides a modern and developed ambiance and ensures unforgettable impressions and days.
During a stay in "Zingst" you'll experience nice hours with all thinkable comforts of a popular Baltic Sea spa in the middle of the nature, surrounded by the healing powers of the maritime climate.

Embedded into the nature, between the Baltic Sea and the brackish water zone, so called "Bodden", at the outskirts of the forest and surrounded by trees, you will find your Holiday Home inside of our family home, built and completed in the year 2000.

The quiet and central location, app. 1200 m far from the beach only, in a reduced-traffic street ensures the best preconditions for your recreation . In a walking distance of app. 10-15 minutes you will reach the centre of the village as well as the Beach.
A bicycle rental service is located within spitting distance. We provide bicycle renting service for the short distance upon request only.

Via the main entrance of the house you enter the hallway. From here leads a stairway to the upper floor of the main building, where the the entrance of the Holiday Home 1 is located.
The Holiday Home 1 is equipped with a spaciously open-plan kitchen include eating space, a separate bedroom and roomy bath with shower, bathtub, bidet and double hand basin.
The outdoor area is rounded off by a balcony in a southward direction, which is not open to public view and invites you to pause and dream for a while on the snug garden furniture.

From the same corridor in the upper floor of the main building, at the opposite side of the Holiday Home 1, you enter the Holiday Room with own shower bath.

The Holiday Room can be now extended to a demand-oriented Holiday Home (Holiday Room - Combi) by additional booking of the complete arranged kitchen and / or bedroom in the attic floor!
The additional rooms in the attic floor are easily to reach via a wide permanent installed timber stair from the corridor in the upper floor, at the opposite site of the entrance of the Holiday Room.
All rooms in the attic floor are connected to the central heating of the house and thus according to weather conditions heatable.
In combination with the additional bedroom include the related guest toilet, equipped with hand basin, water toilet (WC) and high-quality accessory, with the kitchen as central spot, provides the so combined Holiday Home enough space up to 4(5) persons and is outfitted with running cold and hot water.

The Holiday Home 2, joint by the balcony with the main building, is located in the adjoining building. This apartment is a tastefully furnished one-room arrangement, where everything is in one room, kitchenette, living room, bedroom and a separate shower bath. The entrance is located at the gable end of the adjoining building and you enter the apartment via a outside staircase with stair head.
